Peter Taylor Peter is the founding director of BDS Chartered Accountants Ltd and is committed to helping a wide range of owner operated businesses and investors to get the most out of their investment through tax effective structuring, trusts and business advisory services. As an investor and business owner himself he is well qualified to advise and support you to achieve your goals.Over the years he has helped businesses with growth strategies and guided clients through business acquisition and disposal processes including due diligence and preparation for sale; succession planning and transfer of businesses to the next generation; and significant feasibility and financing proposals. His technical skill, common sense approach and mediatory style has been very successful with the IRD on behalf of clients with some very successful outcomes in the areas of income tax and GST audits, reviews and negotiations for tme arrangements and leniency where required. He has many years of senior corporate experience in New Zealand and overseas has this has provided him with broad experience in the issues faced by business today. He sees that through the efficient and well trained team at BDS that we can take the stress out of tax compliance and achieve tax effective outcomes by ensuring help is available to you all year round not just at tax time.. Out of the office he enjoys trying to keep pace with computer products, watching movies, travel and socialising with friends and family. Back to top |

| Katie Fok Katie is a senior accountant with a Masters of Taxation and has worked for BDS Charetered Accountants since 2005 utilising her skills for all types of accounting work. She is currently completing her qualifying exams towards the completion of a full ACA qualification. Her interests include travel, shopping and socialising. Back to top |

| Jenny Ling Jenny has had more than five years work experience with medium sized Chartered Accounting Practices. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelort of Business Studies majoring in Accounting. She's an integral part of the team, with fantastic language skills (English, Mandarin & Cantonese) especially useful with our non resident clients. | Angela Blakemore Angela has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accounting. She jhas been with BDS for more than a year initially part time while completing her studies and is now fiull time. She is hoping to become a member of NZICA in a few years. She describes herself as a real foodie and in particular enjoys baking. Her great sense of humour adds to a fun atmosphere around the office. Back to top |

| Mari Taylor Mari is responsible for the secretarial and PA work for the team, and also attends to a variety of administration work. She is also the frontline person as Director of First Impressions and voice on the phone. She helps out with all of the administration parts of the firm, making everyone's lives a lot less stressful. | Robert Kemm Robert has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Accounting and Information Systems. He joined BDS recently making him the newest member of the team. He is completing PCE1 and PCE2 and is key in making our systems hum! He describes herself as a hard worker, customer focused and enjoys teh outdoors.
