2011 Questionnaires

The 2011 financial year-end is fast approaching.

As part of your year-end requirements you will need to complete one questionnaire for each business entity and each individual for whom BDS prepare a tax return.

These annual questionnaires are compatible with Microsoft Excel 97–2007 and all PC computers. If you operate on a Mac computer it is recommended that you print the PDF versions and fill in the questionnaires manually.

If you are operating on Microsoft Excel 2007
When opening the Excel documents it will ask you to enable Macros by clicking on the options button and selecting enable this content. Please do this before you begin as it will allow you to fill in the form as you go.

If you are operating on Microsoft Excel 2003
You will need to enable your Macros before you begin. You can do this by selecting Tools / Macros / Security / Low
